Negroni
At the Café Cassoni in Florence (Italy) in 1919, Count Camillo Negroni asked his friend and bartender Forsco Scarselli to strengthen his favourite cocktail the Americano. The rest is history and this classic cocktail which brings together red sweet Vermouth, Bitter and Gin was born.
Ingredients
40ml 9diDANTE INFERNO Vermouth
20ml Bitter
30ml Dry Gin
How To Make
1. Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass with abundant ice and stir for 30 seconds
2. Strain into an Old Fashioned glass
3. Garnish with a twist of Orange
