ANDACO SPIRITS strives to offer only high-quality wines, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to its customers. Delivery within Yerevan is carried out within one hour, depending on the order and the address provided by the customer. The price listed on the website does not include delivery and additional charges. Each buyer has the option to choose the type of delivery (cost and time of delivery). Delivery within Yerevan costs 1000 AMD. Orders from the regions must be confirmed in advance by phone. Our attentive customer service staff will inform you of the additional details. A corresponding tax invoice will be sent with the order.
The prices of the products presented on the website are final and include all taxes.

Payment Methods 
On the website www.andacospirits.am, payment can be made in two ways: online or cash on delivery. Online payments can be made through ARCA, TellCell and Idram payment systems. ARCA, Virtual ARCA, Visa, and MasterCard holders are supported. VISA, MasterCard, PayPal, IDram, and TELCELL Wallet cards and payment systems are accepted. Cash payments are made at the time of delivery in AMD. Payments can also be made via the POS terminal.
1.    ANDACO SPIRITS reserves the right to correct any payment errors it detects according to the user protection rules and refund or compensate the amount through the corresponding payment system.
2.    When the products to be purchased are selected and added to the customer's cart, the customer initiates the order process, during which they must choose one of the available payment options on the website.
3.    If online payment is selected, the customer is redirected to an external website to complete the payment. The order is considered accepted when the online payment is successful, and the amount is deducted from the customer's account in accordance with the purchase. In the case of cash payment, the order is considered accepted when the purchase is completed.
4.    Payment terms are controlled by third-party banks and payment institutions with which ANDACO SPIRITS cooperates.
5.    By selecting the payment method, the customer confirms they are aware of and agree to the rules of third-party banks or payment institutions, and that they unconditionally agree to follow their rules and these Terms.
6.    If online payment is selected, the customer must pay the total amount specified in the order at the time of ordering. If the payment is incomplete (Insufficient Payment or Insufficient Funds), the order will be considered invalid and will not be processed. In this case, the payment will be canceled, and no amount will be charged from the customer.

Return Policy
Return and Replacement of Substandard Products 
The external quality of each product must be checked upon delivery in the presence of the delivery person. Therefore, please ensure you carefully check the delivery in the presence of the courier. In case of defects, the return can be made on-site or a replacement can be requested for the same or similar product.
In the case of purchasing a substandard product, which has an expiration date, ANDACO SPIRITS will replace it with a proper quality product or refund the paid amount if the defects are discovered within the expiration period. Consumer claims are considered if the consumer presents a receipt or sales slip. If the inspection reveals that the defects were caused by the consumer’s violation of the rules for use, storage, or transportation of the product after it was handed over, or by third-party actions, or due to force majeure, the consumer will be required to compensate for the costs of the inspection and the preservation and transportation of the product.

Return or Replacement of Proper Quality Non-Food Products 
A non-food product of proper quality can be replaced or returned if it has not been used, its packaging, consumer properties, seals, and product labels are intact, and the document confirming the payment is provided, as well as proof of purchase from the seller.

Return Policy 
Purchased products can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase with the payment receipt. The consumer has the right to replace or return the proper quality product within 14 days from the date of delivery. The delivery costs for returning or replacing a non-food product of proper quality are covered by the buyer.
Refunds are usually made using the same payment method that was used for the purchase:
• For card payments, refunds are made to the same card.
• For bank transfers, refunds are made to the same bank account.
• For Idram system payments, refunds are made to the same Idram account
• For payments via terminal or cash, refunds are made in cash.
In the case of a monetary refund due to the return of substandard products, no additional deductions will be made from the refunded amount.
